The Neugebauer house was built by Richard Meier in 1998. Meier is an American abstract artist and an architect. Born in Newark, New Jersey Meir attended Cornell University where he earned a Bachelor of Architecture degree. Richard Meier & Partners Architects has offices in New York and Los Angeles with current projects ranging from China and Tel Aviv to Paris and Hamburg. He built this house for Randy
